The Hotel SEPP has an infinity pool with thermal water and spectacular views of the Alpine backdrop of the Steinernes Meer. The pool is open in summer and winter from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m., sometimes even longer on special occasions. The 26 metre long pool at Hotel Eder has an outdoor and an indoor area. Outside, the pool is open from 7.00 am to 8.00 pm. Inside, you can swim around the clock.

We accept the following means of payment: Cash, EC card (A, D, NL), American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard or bank transfer free of charge.

Only dogs are allowed in all room categories in both hotels. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and wellness area. The surcharge is € 15.00 per night and dog (without food) with advance notice
Please let us know if you have any food intolerances or special dietary requirements, ideally at the time of booking or at the latest at check-in. Our kitchen will cater to your wishes as far as possible and offer you alternatives if necessary.
Arrival and departure times: Check-in at Hotel SEPP is possible from 3.00 pm. The check-out time is 12.00 noon. We kindly ask you to plan your arrival and departure on a weekend in winter.
In both hotels the single room supplement is € 20.00 per night.
Our two hotels are non-smoking hotels. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and public areas. In the Hotel Eder there is a smoking area on the terrace and in the Hotel SEPP you can smoke on a balcony in the attic.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellations are only valid in writing.

You will then receive a cancellation confirmation from the hotel.
The provisions of the international hotel contract conditions apply.
In the event of early departure, we must charge the price for the entire duration of your stay.
Summer:
up to 7 days before arrival free of charge
6 – 3 days 50% of the total price
from 2 days before arrival 100%

Winter: free of charge
up to 14 days before arrival free of charge
13 – 3 days 50% of the total price
from 2 days before arrival 100%

Christmas & New Year’s Eve:
up to 21 days before arrival free of charge
20 – 3 days 50% of the total price
from 2 days before arrival 100%
For group, conference and event bookings, separate amendment and cancellation conditions apply as part of the contract.

In the event of an official border or hotel closure, you can cancel free of charge anyway, even at short notice.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. This covers all cancellation costs in the event of an accident, death of the insured person or their family members before the start of the holiday or during the stay. Please enquire with us – we will be happy to inform you.
