SEPP featuring NENI

The exSEPPtional Culinary Festival

Family feeling and joie de vivre packed into a cooking pot. Stirred vigorously. Seated at a table. And shared with family and friends. That’s NENI. And because it fits so well with SEPP’s motto “together in the middle of it all”, the famous Molcho family around gourmet icon Haya was on show live on 16 May 2019 in the show kitchen at the SEPP attic.

A guest with friends

In true NENI style, Haya and her team prepared delicacies such as hummus with chickpeas, tabouleh and pita bread, sabich, focaccia and ceviche with grapes. Regional ingredients met exotic delicacies such as chicken shawarma with grilled vegetables. And the culinary journey was crowned with a dessert show featuring knafeh, mozzarella, valrohna, ganache, caramel sauce and berries.

In the so-called “Balagan” menu, the dishes are simply placed in the centre of the table so that everyone can try everything. Informal, warm and personal – like being a guest at a friend’s house.

This is exactly in line with SEPP’s philosophy: under the motto “together in the middle”, guests come together around the live cooking station, chat, eat, drink, laugh, make new friends and enjoy the moment.

Food connects people

The name NENI reflects the philosophy of the Molcho family, who have caused an international furore with their culinary concept. Haya explains:

“Family is an essential part of our lives. We always ate at a big table with the whole family and lots of friends. And this is exactly the principle on which we have built NENI. All family members contribute their talents to the company and are in constant dialogue with each other. NENI is our passion paired with openness and a love of food”. The delicacies are not only characterised by the best ingredients and honest cuisine, but also by a team from all over the world with different skin colours, cultures, religions and talents, which give the delicious creations a very special touch.

In 2020, Haya once again enchanted us with her culinary skills and energy</b
