Art Premiere at the SEPP: Vernissage "Snow Mountains
With the vernissage "Snow Mountains" by photo artist Mischa Palmers, the Hotel SEPP in Maria Alm gives its event premiere in the field of art. The exhibition is the prelude to further art events under the motto "The exSEPPtional Art Experience" at Hotel SEPP.
On November 30, 2019, a vernissage took place for the first time at the Hotel SEPP in Maria Alm. Photo artist Mischa Palmers stages ten of his works in the extravagant attic of the hotel. With the exhibition "Snow Mountains" the prominent artist presents an exclusive selection of alpine photographs.
Magic of the Mountains
Mischa Palmers' paintings reflect the tranquility of winter. "The quiet season has its special charm for me: the peace in the snowy mountains, the fresh air. The reduction to black and white suits this landscape perfectly for me. It's not the colorful rays of sunlight that fascinate me. It is the magical, almost mystical light of cloudy or foggy days," the artist explains his passion for alpine winter motifs. The series "Snow Mountains" is a limited edition of hand-signed copies, which can be purchased on the occasion of the vernissage and during the exhibition period at Hotel SEPP.
The unique location at Hotel SEPP against the spectacular backdrop of the mountains "Steinernes Meer" and the impressive Hochkönig massif provides the ideal setting for the alpine artworks.
Art and Pleasure
The vernissage begins at 6 pm at Hotel SEPP with an aperitif at the invitation of the artist. At 6.30 p.m. Mischa Palmers will give a short introduction to his art. From 7.30 pm the chef of Hotel Sepp will prepare an exclusive culinary à la carte selection at the Live Cooking Station. Who would like to take the Vernissage to the cause to spend to the prelude of the winter season an alpine weekend in the hotel Sepp, can book the exclusive kind overnight stay arrangement. The price starting from 330 euro per person is inclusive two overnight accomodation in the double room with Brunch to 13 o'clock, twice dinner at the Sepp attic as well as Vernissage, artist presentation and Apero. The arrangement is valid from November 29 to December 1, 2019.
