The exSEPPtional Sports Experience: Trailrunning with David Wallmann
The trail running camp in the beautiful Hochkönig region is particularly suitable for motivated beginners and all those who want to prepare for their first trail competition. The speed trail at the Hochkönigman is the perfect opportunity for this. To prepare, you can discover the routes of the Hochkönigman speed trail together with Kerstin Tossmann (sports scientist, Salomon Running Team) and David Wallmann (Austria's trail runner 2019, Salomon Running Team). You will start directly in front of the Hotel SEPP in Maria Alm on the exciting trails and enjoy breathtaking views.
During this adventure weekend you will learn trail running basics and get professional tips for your first competition, so that you can move more efficiently, safely and with more joy on the trails. For this, you should have a good basic fitness level of about 1.5 hours of easy running on the flat and basically be confident with distances of 15 km and 600 hm.

The exSEPPtional Sports Experience: SEPP Tennis Open
"Game, set and match" is the motto at the exSEPPtional Sports Experience. The SEPP Tennis Open brings together enthusiastic tennis players in Maria Alm to swing their rackets against the fantastic backdrop of the Hochkönig massif. And of course the players can also compete with each other in the tournament. The focus is on fun and sportsmanship, and there's a goodie bag for all participants to boot! After the sporting event, it's time to relax in the sauna at the SEPP Roof Top or in the pleasantly warm infinity pool with thermal water. And for a sporty nightcap, the friendly bar keeper at the SEPP Roof Top...
